Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to join our team at Love Dale Play School. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. You will design and implement age-appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans based on the preschool curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters the emotional and social development of young children.
- Organize and supervise a range of activities, including arts, crafts, storytelling, and outdoor play.
- Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress, behavior, and activities.
- Foster good relationships with children, staff, and parents to ensure a supportive and friendly environment.
- Ensure the classroom and materials are kept clean, safe, and organized.
Key Qualifications:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Proven experience working with young children (preferred).
- Strong communication skills and a passion for working with young learners.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive, nurturing attitude.
- Knowledge of early childhood development and best teaching practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and staff.
